mNemo Automation

How We Work

One accountable path to a working system.

Every project starts with the people, property, or operation already there. We define the outcome, the system, the ownership boundaries, and the test for done before the work moves forward.

Start a project

No self-serve package and no one-size-fits-all system. The first job is defining fit.

Four connected stages ending in a working home Discover, design, install and commission, and evolve connect along one path that ends in a warmly lit house.

From conversation to deployment

Four stages. Clear decisions at each one.

The scope may be a home, a multi-structure estate, a building project, or a business workflow. The discipline is the same.

  1. 01

    Discover the real system.

We walk the space or workflow, learn what people already do, identify the problem worth solving, and understand the tools, infrastructure, privacy needs, and failure conditions already in place. This is where we decide whether mNemo is the right fit.

  2. 02

    Design the agreed outcome.

We define the mNemo scope, the mix of established and purpose-built components, the network and software approach, where data lives, what may use an outside service, who owns each responsibility, and how the completed system will be verified.

  3. 03

    Install, configure, and commission.

mNemo installs and configures the agreed technology scope and coordinates with the client, project team, and appropriate licensed trades. We verify what we control, close the punch list, and walk the people receiving the system through the handoff.

  4. 04

    Define what happens next.

Before handoff, we name what support follows. Any monitoring, maintenance, updates, backups, response expectations, or future improvements belong in an explicit ongoing agreement rather than an implied promise.

Decisions before devices

The system should answer the hard questions while change is still possible.

Different work, one discipline

The process bends around the project without losing its spine.

Start with fit

Tell us what should work better and what must stay under your control.

We will begin by understanding the current property or operation, then define whether a useful, supportable mNemo system belongs there.
