From estimate to invoice, one work thread.

Trade work moves from an estimate to a scheduled job, field completion, and an invoice. SnapEstimate is being perfected as the first step; Dispatch and Field Ops keep the office and field on the same work thread, with QuickBooks in the accounting flow.

SnapEstimate Perfecting Build an estimate through a guided conversation and jobsite photos, review the result, and produce a shareable estimate. We are perfecting the handoff that carries approved scope into Dispatch.
Dispatch Once a job is ready, Dispatch keeps the schedule, work orders, technician status, messages, parts, and inventory visible to the office. The job stays connected to the accounting system through QuickBooks integration.
Field Ops The technician carries the work order, equipment, notes, photos, and parts on one phone. Photo recognition can identify parts from a picture; approved field payments can be recorded against the invoice. The completed record returns to the office without re-keying the job.

Your data stays yours
We never sell or mine your data. It is yours to keep, move, or delete on your terms.
Local or hybrid, your choice
Cameras, recordings, and core automations can stay on hardware you own. Hybrid AI can send an approved request to an outside model for heavier reasoning. With capable local inference hardware, that work can happen on site too. We show you the data boundary and hardware cost before deployment.
Works without internet
Your core systems run on your own network. If your internet goes down, cameras can keep recording, automations can keep running, and local alerts remain available. A fully local AI system can keep working too.
No lock-in, ever
You own the hardware and your data. Cancel anytime and both stay with you.

About us

Our Founder and CEO

Jeremiah Jorgensen is Iowa-born with small-town roots: a father of four, coach, Jeep driver, and tech nerd with electronics and telecommunications engineering degrees. He spent 25 years leading big-box retail stores across the Midwest, at the front edge of new retail technology. He founded mNemo Automation in December 2025 to put AI to work on the everyday tasks that pull families and small businesses away from what matters.

We build private tools that help a home respond when something matters, give owners clearer insight into their business, and automate the repeated work that takes time and money. The customer owns the hardware and data, chooses where information lives, and decides what each system is allowed to do.
