What this site knows about you

What this website collects

Nothing automatically. No analytics scripts, no advertising trackers, no cookies set by us, no visitor profiles, no session recording. You can read the whole site and we still will not know who you are.

The one place we collect anything is the contact form, and only because you chose to fill it in. It asks for your name, your email address, a short note about what you are interested in, and your phone number. We use that to write back to you and to think about the work you are asking for. Nothing else.

Who else is involved

Two companies help deliver this site and that form. Neither receives your information to use for their own marketing.

Cloudflare hosts the website. Like any host, its servers see the address of the device asking for a page, which is how a page gets delivered and how attacks get blocked. We do look at the totals Cloudflare keeps from that, things like how many people stopped by yesterday and which pages they read. Those are counts, not names. Nothing in them tells us who you are, and there is no tracker on this site assembling them.

Microsoft hosts the contact form and our email. What you type into the form arrives in our Microsoft 365 mailbox at info@mnemoautomation.ai.

There is no third one. The typefaces this page is set in used to be loaded from Google, which meant opening the page told a Google server your address. They now come from our own server, so that no longer happens. Your browser talks to us and to nobody else.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers. We do not use it for advertising and we do not let anyone else do that either. There is no exception to this and no version of this business where it changes.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. We do not track you in the first place, so there is nothing for it to switch off. Consider it honored.

How long we keep it

We keep an inquiry while we are talking about it, and for up to 24 months after we last hear from you, so a conversation can pick up where it left off. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Your say over it

Write to info@mnemoautomation.ai and ask us to tell you what we have, correct it, or delete it. Nothing formal is required. We will confirm when it is done, and we will not treat you any differently for asking.

If we have built you a system

This page covers this website. The systems we install are a separate matter, governed by the agreement we sign with you rather than by this page.

The short version, and the reason this company exists: the data those systems produce, your footage, your sensor readings, your recordings and your files, lives on hardware you own. We do not collect it, we do not copy it back to ourselves, and we are not in a position to sell it. When we service a system we are working on yours, at your invitation. Anything beyond that is written down before it happens.

Children

This site is meant for adults making decisions about a home or a business. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

When this changes

If this policy changes we will change this page and move the date at the top. We will not quietly broaden what we collect.
