This site is information, not an agreement

Everything here describes what we build and how we work. It is not an offer, a quote, or a contract, and nothing on it creates one. If we end up working together, the terms are written into an agreement we both sign, and that agreement governs rather than this page.

What we describe here will change

We build software and we keep building it. Product descriptions and screenshots show what those systems did around the time the page was written. Features get added, reworked, and occasionally cut. Where something is still being finished, we label it.

If a detail matters to a decision you are making, ask us and we will tell you exactly where it stands.

What belongs to us

mNemo Automation LLC reserves the rights it holds in the original words, layout, illustrations, screenshots, and source-identifying material on this site. Descriptive product labels may change while public names are being selected.

You are welcome to link to the site, quote it with attribution, or pass it along. Please do not copy it wholesale or present our work as your own. Other companies named here, QuickBooks for one, own their own names and marks.

Using the site

Do not attack it, do not try to break into it, do not scrape it into another product, and do not use it for anything illegal. That is the whole list.

Links to other places

We link to a few places we do not run, including our social accounts and the contact form. Once you are there, their terms apply rather than ours.

No warranty on the site itself

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or reachable every second of the day. Treat it as information, and talk to us before relying on it for a decision.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising out of the use of this website. Nothing in this section limits anything we have agreed to in a signed contract with you.

Nebraska law governs these terms, in the courts of Douglas County, Nebraska.
